{All Board Members should be in attendance by 5:15. Please assist as needed, and encourage networking among guests and members.}
6:00 PM  Evening Meeting/Program including Dinner

Member cost: $25
Visitor cost: $27

Payment may be made online with credit card OR at the door with check or cash. 

Location: The Flame, 2301 Neuse Blvd., New Bern, NC 28560

Online reservation required by 5:00 p.m. on the Sunday before the meeting. If you have questions contact Dinner Coordinator at mail to:  cwfdinner@gmail.com.

We have to provide The Chelsea with an accurate head count so that we can provide everyone with a meal.  

If you made a reservation and cannot attend, PLEASE cancel your reservation (cwfdinner@gmail.com) no later than noon on the Monday before the meeting or you will be responsible to cover the cost of your meal.
